DCC/DMAP法合成含螺吡喃基团的丙烯酸酯化合物

         

摘要

DCC was used as dehydrating agent and DMAP was used as catalyst for the synthesis of the acrylate derivative with photochromic spiropyran group from N-hydroxyethyl-3,3-dimethyl-6-nitrospiropyran and acrylic acid in dichloromethane. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, the amount of catalysts on the yield were studied. The result showed the operation process was simple and fast, but the yield was better.%以二氯甲烷为溶剂,N,N-二环己基碳二酰亚胺(DCC)为脱水剂,4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂,用丙烯酸对光致变色化合物N-羟乙基-3,3-二甲基-6-硝基螺吡喃进行酯化,合成了含光致变色螺吡喃功能团的丙烯酸酯单体。探讨了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量对产率的影响。实验表明,DCC/DMAP法合成含螺吡喃功能团的丙烯酸酯衍生物,操作简单、反应快且产率较高。
