非APEO类乳化剂在醋酸乙烯酯乳液聚合中的应用

The performance of the APEO-free emulsifiers and APEOs was compared with each other, and the effects of different emulsifiers on the properties of polyvinyl acetate emulsion (PVAc) were studied in this paper. The tests showed that the selected APEO-free emulsifier had remarkable influence on the viscosity and adhesion of the emulsion. Two suitable emulsifiers for polyvinyl acetate emulsion polymerization were recommended. The effect of the level of emulsifier B during polymerization on the properties of PVAc emulsion was explored and its appropriate level was given.%对比研究了几款非APEO类乳化剂与传统APEO乳化剂的性能，研究不同乳化剂对聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液性能的影响。通过对比试验发现，所选非APEO类乳化剂对乳液的黏度、粘结性能等影响显著。选择了两款适合聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液聚合用的乳化剂，研究了乳化剂B的使用量对聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液性能的影响，给出乳化剂B的推荐用量。
