一种改进型Smith预估补偿控制算法及其应用

         

摘要

In industrial production process with large delay, large inertia, time varying .etc. the traditional PID control method and Smith prediction control method do not achieve good control effect. Based on the study of the Smith Gain Adaptive Compensation Control (GAC), this paper proposes a Feedback Incremental Adaptive Compensation Control (FIAC) scheme, and solves problems such as algebraic loop ,“X/0” appearing in Matlab simulation of the GAC program. The Matlab simulation results of the furnace desulphurization control system of a 300 MW circulating lfuidized bed unit show that FIAC has a very good control effect for the time-varying object with large delay and big inertia, especially in the case of model adaptive and anti-interference performance. At the same time, the method is simple in structure, easy to set parameters, and to be applied in the industrial production process easily.%针对工业生产过程中具有大迟延、大惯性、时变的被控对象,传统PID控制方法和Smith预估控制方法达不到很好的控制效果,在对Smith增益自适应补偿控制(GAC)方案研究的基础上,提出了一种反馈增量自适应补偿控制(FIAC)方案,解决了GAC方案在matlab仿真过程中出现“x/0”、代数环等问题。将其应用在循环流化床机组炉内脱硫系统中,仿真结果表明,FIAC对时变的大迟延、大惯性被控对象具有很好控制效果,特别是在模型自适应和抗干扰方面。同时该方法结构简单、参数整定容易,易于在工业生产过程中得到应用。
