大数据环境下的电力数据质量评价模型与治理体系研究

摘要

本文针对电力大数据的治理问题,设计了适用于电力企业的相关数据治理体系.首先分析了电力公司所面临的大数据应用治理机遇与挑战,给出了大数据环境下的发展建议;之后分析了影响电力数据质量的主要因素,建立了数据质量评价模型.最后,设计了适用于电力企业的大数据治理体系及相关协议标准,有效提高电力企业的精细化管理和科学决策水平.%Aiming at the governance problems of electric power big data,this paper designs the data governance system for electric power enterprise.Firstly,the big data applications management opportunities and challenges facing the power companies is analyzed,and the development proposals are given for big data.Then,the main factors affecting the quality of electric power data are analysed and data quality evaluation model is established.Finally,the paper designs the data governance system and the related protocol standard which are suitable for electric power enterprise.The governance system proposed can improve the electric power enterprise's fine management and scientific decision level effectively.
