蜂窝预成型法制造蜂窝夹层结构件

摘要

采用蜂窝预成型方法制造了蜂窝A夹层结构制件，通过对外观、厚度、平拉强度和内部质量的检测，结果表明，蜂窝预成型方法能够有效地解决制件因成型压力过大而导致的蜂窝芯侧向塌陷问题，是一种非常有效的工艺方法。%A type honeycomb sandwich structure was fabricated by preformed curing method, The appearance, thickness, fiat tension strength and internal quality inspection results showed that successfully avoided the honeycomb core lateral collapse which leaded by big molding pressure and proved this method is a effective technological process.
