CFRP修复加固冻融损伤混凝土构件抗弯性能研究

         

摘要

In order to further research the mechanical properties of the bending component of freeze-thaw dam-age concrete by CFRP reinforced. The bending test are carried out by the 12 root of component of freeze-thaw damage by CFRP sheet reinforced. Test shows that CFRP sheet can effectively increase the bending bearing capacity of damage specimen and ductility performance, especially the whole package way. Through theoretical calculation, the bending bearing capacity formula of component ordinary concrete reinforced and the reinforced component after freeze-thaw damage are deduced. Using ABAQUS simulated the mechanical properties of the bending component of freeze-thaw damage concrete by CFRP reinforced, the calculated value and simulation value compared with the test results and the results are coincident.%为了进一步研究碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)修复冻融混凝土构件损伤的力学效果,对CFRP修复混凝土构件试件进行抗弯试验,结果表明:CFRP能有效提高损伤试件的承载力和延性性能,尤其是全包方式;试件的承载力受冻融影响较大,但受冻融次数影响较小;随着冻融次数的增加,CFRP修复试件的中性轴上移越来越快,逐渐不符合平截面假定,试件剪跨区的受力也越来越不均匀;经过理论推导,得到了CFRP修复不同冻融损伤程度混凝土构件的抗弯承载力公式,利用ABAQUS模拟CFRP加固冻融损伤混凝土构件的力学性能,得到的计算值、模拟值与试验值进行比较,结果吻合较好。
