目的：分析螺内酯片联合美托洛尔片改善老年(年龄≥60岁)慢性心力衰竭患者左室重构及心功能的效果。方法采用抽签法将鹤壁市人民医院心血管内科2013年5月—2015年5月期间105例老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行分组,单药组52例给予螺内酯片口服,联合组53例给予螺内酯片联合美托洛尔片口服,观察连续治疗12周末改善左室重构及心功能的效果。结果联合组治疗3个月末心功能疗效总有效率84.91%高于单药组67.31%,P<0.05；联合组提高LVEF(60.58±7.29)%幅度﹑降低LVEDV(168.29±40.33)mL和LVESV(141.99±6.48)mL幅度分别高于单药组LVEF(44.81±7.22)%﹑降低LVEDV(211.57±40.49)mL和(169.19±6.51)mL,P<0.05；2组患者未见任何药物相关不良反应病例。结论螺内酯片联合美托洛尔片能够逆转老年慢性心力衰竭患者的左室重构,改善心功能效果确切,安全可靠,值得临床对药物的作用机制继续探讨与探究。%Objective To analyze spironolactone tablets with metoprolol tablets to improve the elderly (aged ≥60 years) left ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure effect. Methods The lottery method Hebi City People's Hospital, Department of Cardiology, May 2013-May 2015 period 105 cases of heart failure in elderly patients with chronic group, monotherapy 52 patients given spironolactone tablets orally, the combined group 53 cases given spironolactone tablets Combined oral metoprolol tablets, observed 12 weeks of continuous treatment to improve cardiac function and left ventricular remodeling effect. Results The treatment group ventricular function in late March total effective rate 84.91% higher than the monotherapy group 67.31%, P<0.05; combined group improve LVEF (60.58±7.29)%margin, reduce LVEDV (168.29±40.33) mL and LVESV (141.99±6.48) mL, respectively, higher than the amplitude of monotherapy LVEF (44.81±7.22)%, reduce LVEDV (211.57±40.49) mL and (169.19±6.51) mL, P<0.05; 2 patients did not show any drug-related adverse reactions cases. Conclusion Spironolactone tablets with metoprolol sheet can reverse left ventricular remodeling in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and improve heart function exact effect, safe and reliable, worthy to continue to explore mechanisms of drug action and exploration.
