Caveolin-1、P63及CK34βE12蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达及临床意义

         

摘要

目的 探讨Caveolin-1、P63及CK34βE12蛋白在前列腺癌(Pca)中的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测59例Pca、15例高级别前列腺上皮内瘤变(HGPIN)、11例低级别前列腺上皮内瘤变(LGPIN)、7例非典型性腺瘤样增生(AAH)、10例基底细胞增生(BCH)、69例前列腺良性增生(BPH)标本中的Caveolin-1和P63及CK34βE12蛋白的表达情况.结果 Pca、HGPIN、LGPIN、AAH、BCH、BPH中Caveolin-1阳性表达率依次为69.49%、40.00%、45.45%、28.57%、30.00%、8.70%,P63阳性表达率依次为8.47%、86.67%、90.91%、85.71%、90.00%、97.10%,CK34βE12阳性表达率依次为8.47%、93.33%、90.91%、100%、90.00%、95.65%.Caveolin-1、P63、CK34βE12抗原在Pca与其他病变之间的表达差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).Caveolin-1表达强弱与Pca的Gleason评分、临床分期相关(均P<0.05).结论 Caveolin-1与Pca的发生、发展、侵袭、转移有关,联合检测Caveolin-1、P63及CK34βE12的表达将对Pca的早期诊断准确性、判断病情以及预后有一定临床指导意义.%Objective To investigate the expression of Caveolin-1, P63 and CK34βE12 protein expression in prostate lesions and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining of Caveolin-1, P63 and CK34βE12 in 59 cases of prostate cancer were performed by using En Vision among with 15 cases were high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (HGPIN) , 11 were low grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (LGPIN) , 7 were atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH) , 10 were basal cell hyperplasia (BCH) and 69 were benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH). Results The positivity expression rate of Caveolin-l in prostate cancer, HGPIN, LGPIN, AAH, BCH and BPH was 69.49%, 40.00%, 45.45% ,28.57, 30.00, 8.70% respectively, the positivity expression rate of P63 was 8.47% , 86. 67% , 90.91% , 85. 71% , 90. 00% , 97. 10% respectively, the positivity expression rate of CK34βE12 was 8.47% , 93. 33% , 90. 91% , 100% , 90. 00% , 95. 65% respectively. The expression of Caveolin-1, P63, CK34βE12 antigen in prostate cancer and BPH specimens was significantly different(P <0. 05). The expression and its strength of Caveolin-1 was related to the prostate cancer Gleason score and clinical stage(P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of Caveolin-1 may relate to the malignant development, invasion and metastasis in prostate cancer. Combined detection of the expression of Caveolin-1, P63, and CK34βE12 can be helpful for the early accurate diagnoses of prostate cancer and the malignancy and prognosis of prostate cancer.
