超硬材料合成设备铰链销轴装拆装置的研发和应用

摘要

The disassembling operations of the hinge pin shaft is rather onerous during the installation and repair process of superhard material synthesis equipment.The device re-placing the artificial dismanting hinge pin shaft was developed by PLC programmable con-troller,to realize the mechanical automation of disassembly and assembly of the hinge pin shaft in superhard material synthesis equipment.%超硬材料合成设备的安装修理过程中，铰链销轴的拆装作业十分繁重。通过 PLC 可编程控制器，研发一种取代人工装拆铰链销轴的装置，实现超硬材料合成设备铰链销轴拆、装的机械自动化。
