超硬磨具纳米陶瓷结合剂研究进展

摘要

文章分析了超硬磨具用纳米陶瓷结合剂的典型特征，针对其制备方法和最新研究现状进行了综述，讨论了目前纳米陶瓷结合剂研究中可能存在的问题及对策。纳米陶瓷结合剂的研究有助于超硬磨具进一步适应超高速和超精密等特种磨削技术的基本要求，并对其应用领域的拓展具有重要作用。%Typical characteristics of nano ceramic bond for superhard abrasive tools has been analyzed in this article.And the the possible problems and countermeasures in cur-rent research of nano ceramic bond have been discussed based on its preparation methods and the latest research status.The research may help superhard abrasive tools to meet the requirement of the special grinding technologies such as ultrahigh speed and ultra-preci-sion and can play an important role on the expansion of its application domain.
