钻进钢绞线加强预应力混凝土空心板的钻头设计

         

摘要

针对钢绞线加强预应力混凝土空心板的实际工况,提出了一种新型的钻进用工程钻头设计,优化和改进了胎体配方设计和刀头齿形。通过实际的钻进测试,新型钻头设计的钻进效率提升20%以上,且无钻进过程卡死现象发生,特别切合钢绞线加强混凝土空心板的高效钻进作业。%A new diamond drill bits design has been proposed based on the actual working conditions of steel strand rein-forced prestressed concrete hollow-core slabs,in which the matrix formula design and tool bit shape has been optimized and developed.The actual drilling test shows that the drilling efficiency has been improved by over 20% without any stuck phenomenon.It is particularly suited for the high-efficiency drilling to steel strand rein-forced prestressed concrete hollow-core slabs.
