从资源利用和环保角度论述我国磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥的必要性和重要性。介绍了我国磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥的技术发展和改进,认为该项目目前已具有经济可行性。建议各地区因地制宜适度发展,加强硫酸与水泥行业之间的合作,国家给予一定的政策支持。%The necessity and importance of handling phosphogypsum by co-production of sulphuric acid and cement are discussed form the point of view of resource utilization and environment.The technological development and improvement in co-production of sulphuric acid and cement with phosphogypsum are described to draw a conclusion that the project is feasible both in terms of technology and economics.It is recommended to properly develop according to local conditions,strengthen cooperation between sulphric acid and cement industries and get policy support from the government.
