巨化硫酸厂构建硫铁矿制酸循环经济模式实践

摘要

巨化硫酸厂利用公司内部产业链的能源需求、产品互供特点，研究先进适用技术，从物质循环、能量梯级利用、废物资源化等方面大力发展循环经济，建立适合企业特点的硫铁矿制酸循环经济发展模式。实现了吨酸输出能源折标煤135．32kg、总硫利用率97．39％，达到国内同类装置的先进水平，并为同行发展循环经济提供有益的借鉴。%Utilizing the features of energy and product mutual-supply in industry chain within company, Juhua Sulphuric Acid Plant studied advanced and applicable technologies to develop circular economy in terms of material recycling, cascaded utilization of energy and waste recycling. A circular economy development mode for sulphuric acid production based on pyrite and suitable to enterprise features was established. Exported energy per ton of sulphuric acid amounted to 135.32 kg of standard coal equivalent. The total sulphur utilization rate reached 97.39% , at the advanced level among similar enterprises. The company provided a helpful reference for counterparts to develop circular economy.
