LS-DeGas技术在降低硫磺装置开停工过程中尾气SO2排放应用探索

         

摘要

为适应新的环保要求,高桥石化新建60 kt/a硫磺回收装置利用LS-DeGas技术对装置进行改造,使装置在正常运行时尾气SO2排放能满足最新的环保要求.但硫磺装置开停工过程中过程气组分变化大,极易造成尾气二氧化硫超标.经初步探索发现在硫磺回收装置开停工过程中,合理利用LS-DeGas技术改造新增流程,可以降低尾气二氧化硫排放,达到排放标准要求.%In order to adapt to the new environmental protection requirements,Gaoqiao Petrochemical has built 60 kt/a sulphur re-covery unit,using LS-DeGas technology to transform the device,so that SO2emissions from exhaust gas can meet the latest environmen-tal requirements when the device is running normally.However,the change of gas components in the process of sulphur equipment during the shutdown process is very large,and it is very easy to cause the sulphur dioxide to exceed the standard. After preliminary explora-tion,it is found that in the process of sulphur recovery unit opening and shutting down,rational use of LS-DeGas technology to transform new processes can reduce sulphur dioxide emissions from exhaust gas and meet emission requirements.
