摘要

This paper introduces brown sugar as an ecological product of cane juice. It not only presents the history and process characteristics of brown sugar, but also its healthy effects, and extracting nourish products with high added value from by-products. It summarizes the development of brown sugar in the world. Finally, it discusses the economical benefits and developing bottlenecks of brown sugar production, and preliminary solutions are put forward.%介绍了甘蔗原汁红糖的营养成分,简述了红糖的发展情况与流程特点、保健功效及其副产品可提取的高附加值营养品,最后探讨了红糖生产的经济效益和发展瓶颈,提出了初步的解决意见。
