能源管理系统在精制糖厂中的应用

摘要

This paper mainly states the importance of the application of the energy-saving and emission reduction in the refined sugar industry. On the basis of the analysis of the current energy management patterns in refined sugar enterprises, it is systematically introduced how the energy management system is designed, implemented and applied in the refined sugar enterprises. Through the systematically real-time monitoring of a variety of energy media, key energy-consuming equipment and the comprehensive analysis of the energy consumption, an energy supply plan can be designed reasonably. It leads to making decisions scientifically and ensuring the safety, the reliability and the efficient operation of the production and the energy system, which aims at saving energy and reducing consumption.%阐述了目前节能减排在制糖行业的重要性，通过对精制糖企业现有能源管理模式的分析，系统地介绍了能源管理系统在精制糖企业的设计、实施与应用情况。通过系统对各种能源介质和重点耗能设备的实时监控，以及对能源消耗情况进行全面的分析，从而制定合理的能源供给计划，做到科学决策，确保生产与能源系统的安全、可靠及高效运行，达到节能降耗的目的。
