基于氯盐侵蚀的海底隧道寿命预测模型研究

         

摘要

基于氯盐侵蚀把海底隧道的寿命周期分为三个阶段:氯离子扩散阶段、钢筋锈蚀阶段和保护层开裂阶段,对钢筋锈蚀阶段又进行了量化细分,从氯盐腐蚀的三个阶段分析了海底隧道的耐久性,并推导了使用公式,最后对厦门翔安海底隧道进行了耐久性寿命计算,并与DuraCrete模型进行了比较,分析结果显示该模型与DuraCrete模型相近,为今后的海底隧道耐久性寿命预测研究提供了一种新思路,为可靠度分析提供了参考.%The life of undersea tunnels was divided into three stages; chloride ion diffusion stage;steel bar corrosion stage and concrete cover cracking stage. This paper quantifies the second stage;and analyses durability of undersea tunnel from three stages of chloride corrosion. The calculation formula based on three stages and endwance life of Xiamen undersea tunnel using proposed model were cacalated and then compared with DuraCrete model. The analysis results indicated the proposed method is very close to DuraCrete method. A new method to calculate endwance life of undersea tunnels and some references to analyze the reliability of the tunnel were suggested.
