基于磁弹效应的螺纹钢筋全量应力监测

         

摘要

由于力学性能优越,安装运输方便,螺纹钢作为重要的承载构件,广泛应用于土木工程结构.因此,对于结构关键部位的螺纹钢的受力情况进行监测十分重要.首先简单介绍了目前螺纹钢的应力监测方式,然后提出了一种新型的基于磁弹效应的应力监测方法,并对其测量原理进行了推导.设计开发磁弹应力传感器和相应的磁弹应力监测系统.同时,选择实际应用广泛的规格为HRB400直径16 mm的螺纹钢,进行多次张拉试验,对该测量系统的测量精度和稳定性进行验证.试验结果表明,所研发的磁弹应力测量系统,测量精度高,重复性好,受环境影响因素小,满足实际工程中螺纹钢全量应力监(检)测需要.%Benefitting from the excellent mechanics performance and convenience for transportation,screwthread steel is widely used as load-bearing element in civil engineering structures.As a result,it is significant to monitor the stress of screw-thread steel in the key parts of structures.Current stress monitoring methods for steel structures are briefly reviewed.Then,a new method based on the Elasto-Magnetic Effect is proposed with the derivation of the principle.Elasto-Magnetic Sensor and related monitoring system have been developed.Repeated tension experiments have been conducted on widely used HRB400 screw-thread steel with a diameter of 16mm.The measurement accuracy and stability of the system have been verified.The experimental results showed the high accuracy,good reproducibility and immunity to environmental factors of the Elasto-Magnetic stress monitoring system.The system is feasible for total stress monitoring of screw-thread steel in engineering practice.
