陶瓷膜微滤复方板蓝根利咽颗粒水提液的膜清洗工艺优选

         

摘要

目的:优选0.2μm Al2 O3陶瓷膜微滤复方板蓝根利咽颗粒水提液的膜清洗工艺。方法以膜通量恢复率为指标,优选被污染陶瓷膜的清洗剂、清洗剂浓度、清洗温度、清洗时间等清洗工艺参数。结果陶瓷膜微滤复方板蓝根利咽颗粒水提液10min后,药液膜通量已达稳态膜通量,衰减为初始水通量1740L/(m2・ h)的14%~22%,即244L/(m2・ h)~383L/(m2・ h),说明陶瓷膜已被污染;该体系陶瓷膜的最优清洗工艺为:复方板蓝根利咽颗粒水提液经陶瓷膜微滤结束后,分别用10kg 室温饮用水在进口压力0.2MPa、膜面流速5m/s 的条件下清洗3次,1次1min,再用10kg 60℃0.5%次氯酸钠溶液在相同微滤条件下清洗30min,膜通量恢复率可达90%以上。结论优选的陶瓷膜清洗工艺稳定、简便、快速,为复方板蓝根利咽颗粒水提液大批量陶瓷膜精制清洗工艺提供依据。%OBJECTIVE To optimizate the membrane cleaning process of 0.2μm Al2 O3 ceramic membrane mi-crofiltration of the Compound Banlangen Liyan Granules water extraction liquid .METHODS According to the in-dex of the membrane flux recovery rate ,the polluted ceramic membrane cleaning process parameters were optimizat-ed,which were cleaning solutions ,solution concentration ,cleaning temperature and cleaning time .RESULTS After the Compound Banlangen Liyan Granules water extraction liquid had been microfiltrated for 10 minutes , the mem-brane flux had reached steady flux and it had declined to 14%~22%of the initial water flux (1740L/(m2・ h)), which was 244L/(m2・ h)~383L/(m2・ h).It stated that the ceramic membrane had been polluted .The optimum cleaning conditions of the ceramic membrane process were:after the microfiltration had been finished , the ceramic membrane was cleaned 3 times,each time 1 mintue,with 10kg drinking water at room temperature ,the inlet pressure was 0.2MPa,the membrane surface flow velocity was 5m/s.Then it was cleaned with 10kg 60℃0.5%sodium hypo-chlorite solution under the same microfiltration conditions for 30 minutes.The membrane flux recovery rate could reach more than 90%.CONCLUSION The optimizated ceramic membrane cleaning process is stable ,simple and rapid.It provided the basis of the cleaning process of large quantities ceramic membrane refining technology of the Compound Banlangen Liyan Granules water extraction liquid .
