浊点萃取-气相色谱法测定水中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物

         

摘要

ABSTRACT:A new method was developed for the determination of DMP , DEP, DBP in water of the environ-ment.Cloud point extraction ( CPE) coupled with ultrasonic-assisted back-extraction as a pre-treatment process in-volved (a prior step) to GC-FID detection.A total of 0.5mL water was first extracted by CPE,who had chose Tri-tonX-114 as extraction solvent and NaCl as an additive ,which had been heat for 30min in water bath of 45℃,centri-fuged for 5min and then cooling for 5min in ice water bath.Remove the aqueous phase ,added isooctane ,ultrasound 15min,centrifuged 3min and then took the isooctane upper 2μL to detect by GC.Under the optimum conditions,the results showed that the three compounds achieved good separation in the optimum conditions .The concentration range in 0.0002~0.005 mg・ mL-1 showed a good linearity ,recoveries of the method reached 97%,and the relative stand-ard deviation was less than 5%.In this study ,it provides an accurate simple fast method for separation and determi-nation of PAEs in water environment .%目的:建立浊点萃取-异辛烷反萃取-气相色谱测定水中3种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的方法。方法取水样品0.5mL,加入适量萃取剂Triton X-114、添加剂NaCl,置于45℃水浴中加热,离心后,放入冰水浴中冷却,弃水相,加入异辛烷,超声,离心,取上层异辛烷相进气相色谱检测。结果在优化的实验条件下,3种化合物能够达到较好分离,在0.0002~0.005 mg・ mL -1浓度范围内均呈现良好的线性,方法的加标回收率均达97%以上,相对标准偏差均小于5%。结论本方法可用于分离检测水中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,具有准确、简捷等特点。
