农民工养老保险需求强度及其影响因素分析——基于广州市农民工的调查数据

摘要

Based on bounded rationality hypothesis, this paper establishes an theoretical framework for analyzing the influencing factors of the demand intensity of migrant workers' endowment insurance, and makes an empirical study using the Logistics regression model and the data of 529 questionnaires answered by migrant workers in Guangzhou. It is found that the variables including age, education level, whether the whole family is in the city, years of working in city, citizenization willingness, endowment notion, and consciousness of rights have significant effects on migrant workers' high demand intensity of urban endowment insurance.%基于有限理性假说,构建了农民工养老保险需求强度影响因素的分析框架,运用广州市529份问卷数据进行Logistic回归分析. 研究表明,年龄、文化程度、是否举家在城、来城年限、留城意愿、养老观念、权利意识等变量的作用使农民工具有较高的城镇职工养老保险需求强度.
