自蔓延高温合成掺杂SrAl2O4稀土长余辉发光粉的研究

         

摘要

Twenty one doped SrA12O4 long after-glowed phosphors with 4 series were synthesized by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis method (SHS) with urea-nitrate solution which served as media at 600 ℃. They are SrAl2O4 :Eu2+0.0125, RE3+0.0125(RE3+ =Ce3+ ,Pr3+,Nd3+,Tb3+,Dy3+), SrAl2O4 :Eu2+0.0125, M0.0125 (M=Li+,Be2+, Cd2+,Mn2+,Cu2+, Ag+ , Zn2+ Pb2+ ) SrA12O4 : Eu0.0125 Dy3+0.0125 M0.0125(M= Mn2+,Cu2+,Ag+,Zn2+ ), and SrA12O4 : Eu2+Dy3+0.0125 RE3+0.0125(RE3+ = Ce3+,Pr3+,Nd3+,Tb3+) of which luminescence and after-glowing features were tested. The morphology of all these staples presents a state of porosity and laxity. The samples show an intense emission peak at 514 nm and broad peaks of the excitation spectra at 290~360 nm, Tb3+ and Dy3+ had most effects on luminance and after-glowed time respectively. The SrAl2O4: Eu2+0.0125,Dy3+0.125 had good luminance and proper after-glowed time as well.%在600℃下用自蔓延高温法制备了SrAl2O4∶Eu2+0.012 5,RE3+0.012 5(RE3+=Ce3+,Pr3+,Nd3+,Tb3+,Dy3+),SrAl2O4∶Eu2+0.012 5,M0.012 5(M=Li+,Be2+,Cd2+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Ag+,Zn2+,pb2+),SrAl2O4∶Eu2+0.012 5,Dy3+0.012 5,M0.012 5(M=Mn2+,Cu2+,Ag+,Zn2+)及SrAl2O4∶EU2+0.012 5,Dy3+0.012 5,RE3+0.012 5(RE3+=Ce3+,Pr3+,Nd3+,Tb3+)四个系列21种掺杂的铝酸锶(SrAl2O4)稀土长余辉发光粉.反应得到的产物疏松多孔,有很强发射峰位于514 nm附近,激发光谱为290~360 nm的宽带激发峰,Dy3+对余辉时间影响最明显,Tb3+对发光强度影响最大,组成为SrAl2O4∶Eu2+0.012 5,Dy3+0.012 5的发光粉的发光强度及余辉时间较好,掺入锌离子后形成SrAl2O4∶Eu2+0.012 5,Dy3+0.012 5,Zn2+0.012 5可显著提高初始余辉亮度.
