提出了一种针对多羟基醇压裂液体系的有机硼交联剂.考察了有机硼交联剂的各成分和反应条件,确定了有机硼交联剂的最佳合成工艺.有机硼交联剂的最佳原料质量分数分别为:硼砂20.00%,水50.00%,NaOH 1.67%,丙三醇15.00%,多羟基化合物13.33%.反应温度80℃,反应时间4.0~5.0 h.作为该交联剂的多羟基醇压裂液具有良好的耐温性、延迟交联性能和剪切稳定性,并且该多羟基醇压裂液破胶彻底,残渣含量低,对油层储层伤害小,适用于超低渗透油气田.%An organic borate crosslinker for the polyhydric alcohol fracturing fluids was put forward in this paper. The components and influencing factors for the synthesis were investigated and an optimal synthetic technology for the organic borate crosslinker was established. The optimum compositions of the organic borate crosslinker are: 20% borate, 50% water, 1. 67% NaOH, 15% glycerin and 13.33% polyhydroxy alcohol compounds. The optimum conditions for the synthesis are: reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 4.0 - 5.0 h. The polyhydric alcohol fracturing fluid crosslinked by the organic borate crosslinker has suitable delayed gelation performance, good temperature resistance and shear stability. The fracturing fluid has good performance, such as broking completely, low residue content and little reservoir damage, which is suitable for the ultra-low-permeability oil and gas reservoir.
