K与Cr改性Ni-Cu催化剂对月桂腈加氢反应的影响

         

摘要

A series of Ni-Cu catalysts using γ-A12O3 and SiO3 as supports were prepared by an impregnation method. After modification by Cr and K, the catalysts were characterized by TPD and TPR.The catalytic performances were measured in the hydrogenation of lauronitrile. The characterization results showed that hydrogen adsorption amount of the catalyst using γ-A1203 as support was larger than that using SiO2 as support. The test of activities of the catalysts showed that Ni-Cu/γ-Al2O3 modified by both Cr and K had the best catalytic abilities in the hydrogenation, with conversion of lauronitrile of 96% and the selectivity of primary dodecylamine of 98.3% under the optimal reaction conditions: hydrogen pressure 2.0 MPa, reaction temperature 75 C, reaction time 30 min,and stirring speed 600 r/min. The stability tests showed that the conversion and the selectivity were still above 92.8% and 98.0%, respectively, after using for 8 times.%采用浸渍法制备了γ-Al2O3和SiO2负载Ni-Cu催化剂,用K和Cr进行了改性,用H2-TPD表征了催化剂H2吸附能力,TPR表征催化剂表面Ni的价态,并考察该系列催化剂用于月桂腈加氢反应的性能.结果表明,γ-Al2O3作为载体催化剂H2吸附能力明显高于SiO2作为载体的催化剂,K和Cr联合改性Ni-Cu/γ-Al2O3催化剂具有最大活性.优化加氢反应条件为:氢分压2.0 MPa,反应温度75℃,反应时间30 min,搅拌转速600 r/min.反应8次后,月桂腈的转化率达到92.8%,伯胺的选择性大于98%以上.
