聚β-环糊精微球包合丁香油的工艺研究

         

摘要

To compare the inclusion of volatile oil of Flos Caryophylli by β-cyclodextrin polymer microsphere and β-CD. Methods: inclusions of β-cyclodextrin polymer microspheres and β-CD were prepared by saturated aqueous solution. The study was carried out with uniform (or orthogonally) designed experiments to optimize the best inclusion processing conditions and the synthesized compounds were characterized. The optimum conditions of inclusion for the volatile oil of Flos caryophylli with β-CDP were found as follows: the volatile oil of Flos caryophylli to β-CDP 1 ∶1; inclusion temperature 35 C;inclusion time 1 h; without ethyl alcohol. The use of β-CDP microspheres can save materials, energy and time and give better package than β-CD.%研究了聚β-环糊精(β-CDP)微球包合丁香油的最佳工艺,并与β-环糊精(β-CD)包合丁香油工艺进行了比较.以饱和水溶液法制备丁香油β-CDP微球(或者β-CD)包合物,经均匀(或者正交)实验设计对制备工艺进行了优化,并对产物进行表征.β-CDP微球包合丁香油的最佳工艺条件为:m(丁香油):m(β-CDP微球)=1:1,包合温度35℃,包合时间1 h,乙醇可以忽略;β-CDP微球比β-CD更省料、节能、省时,且包合效果更佳.
