实验以1,2-二溴乙烷(EDB)和N,N,N',N'-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)为原料合成了一种水溶性低聚季铵盐型黏土稳定剂.最佳合成工艺条件为:反应温度70℃,反应时间8 h,n(EDB)∶n(TMEDA)=1∶1,收率77.1%.研究表明,在黏土稳定剂质量分数为1%时,防膨率可达到89.8%;在质量分数1.5%时,缩膨率最高可达50.3%;而产物在持久防膨性能方面相对于无机黏土稳定剂表现出明显的优势.%1 , 2-Dibromoethane and N , N , N' , N'- tetramethylenediamine were used as raw materials to synthesize the water-soluble oligomer quaternary ammonium, which can be used as an clay stabilizer. It was found that the best synthetic process conditions were as follows: the temperature was 70 ℃, the reaction time was 8 h, n(EDB) :n(TMEDA) = 1:1 and the production rate was 77. 1%. The experiment results showed that the anti-swelling rate could be up to 89. 8% as the mass fraction of clay stabilizer was 1%; the utmost shrinkage rate could be 50. 3% as the mass fraction was 1. 5%. This product is obviously superior to the inorganic clay stabilizer in the aspect of lasting performanc.
