SO3H-SBA-15介孔分子筛对丙烯酸与环己烯加成成酯反应的催化作用

         

摘要

SO3 H-SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves were synthesized by self-condensation of surfactants.The structure and properties of the composites were characterized by XRD,TG and FT-IR.The effects of sulfonic acid grafting,reaction temperature,reaction time,amount of catalyst,molar ratio of acid to ene on the esterification reaction were investigated in the reaction of acrylic acid and cyclohexene to cyclohexyl acrylate.The optimum conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 90 ℃,catalyst dosage 7.0%,n(acid)(en) =1/1,reaction time 5 h.Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of cyclohexene was 84.9% and the selectivity of cyclohexyl acrylate was 97.4%.%通过表面活性剂一步自缩合法合成了SO3H-SBA-15介孔分子筛,使用XRD、TG、FT-IR等技术对其结构进行了表征.将其应用于丙烯酸和环己烯加成酯化合成丙烯酸环己酯反应中,考察了磺酸嫁接量、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、酸/烯摩尔比等因素对酯化反应的影响.结果表明,较佳工艺条件为:反应温度90℃,催化剂用量7.0%,n(酸)∶n(烯)=1∶1,反应时间5h,在此条件下环己烯转化率为84.9%,丙烯酸环己酯选择性为97.4%.
