脑心安片质量标准研究

摘要

建立脑心安片的质量标准.对脑心安片中丹参、葛根、川芎药材采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对本品三七中所含三七皂苷R和人参参皂苷Rg、Rb进行定量检测.薄层鉴别阴性无干扰,具有良好鉴别特征;R、Rg和Rb分别在0.18～1.66 μg、0.606～5.454 μg和0.576～5.193μg范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为99.37%、103.64%和98.14%.建立的方法专属性强、重复性良好,为脑心安片的质量检测控制提供依据.%To establish the method of quality standard for determining Naoxin' an Tablets.TLC was used as the identification method for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, Kudzu-vine Root, Radix Polygoni Multiflori.The method of HPLC was developed to determine the ginsenoside R1,Rgl and Rbl in the Notoginseng.The TLC identification of minus was not disturbed the results.The Linear range of the ginsenoside R1,Rgl and Rbl were 0.18～1.66 μ g,0.606～5.454 lμ g and 0.576～5.193 μ g, respectively.The average recovery were 99.37 ％, 103.64 ％ and 98.14 ％, respectively.The method was good at the specialty and repeatability, can provide the basis for the quality control ofNaoxin' an Tablets.
