运用RT-PCR技术,克隆了中国环颈雉心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白基因的序列,并对其进行了测序及生物信息学分析.结果表明:中国环颈雉H-FABP基因cDNA序列长为402bp,开放阅读框为399bp,编码132个氨基酸,推测的蛋白相对分子质量为14.64KD,等电点为6.30.中国环颈雉H-FABP基因与已报道的鸡、鸭、珍珠鸡等禽类动物的核苷酸和编码氨基酸序列具有很高的相似性.%Heart-type fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP) cDNA was cloned from chinese ring-necked pheasant using RT-PCR method. The cDNA was sequenced and analyzed. The result showed that the cloned cDNA fragment was 402 bp, contained an open-reading frame of 399bp encoding 132 amino acids. The supposed molecular weight of the putative H-FABP protein was 14.64KD, and theoretical PI was 6.30. It indicates that nucleotide sequence and deduced amino acid sequence showed a high homology between chinese ring-necked pheasant and poultry.
