豆瓣绿挥发油成分 GC -MS 分析

         

摘要

采用水蒸气蒸馏法从豆瓣绿中提取挥发油,归一化法测定其百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。共鉴定了16种成分,占挥发油总量的99.021%。本方法稳定可靠、重现性良好,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。%  The essential oil was extracted from Peperomia tetraphylla by steam distillation ,and the relative percentage of constituents from the essential oil was determined by normalization method .The chemical constituents separated were identified by GC -MS method .There were 16 components ,which accounts for over 98.94% of the total essential oil .The method is reliable ,stable and reproducible ,and it can be applied to the analysis of chemical constituents in the essential oil extracted from chinese traditional medicine .
