骨折挫伤胶囊挥发油化学成分的 GC －MS 分析

摘要

采用GC－MS法分析骨折挫伤胶囊的挥发油化学成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取骨折挫伤胶囊的挥发油，用气相色谱－质谱联用技术对化学成分进行鉴定，以毛细管柱进行分析，面积归一化法测定其相对含量。分离得8个化学组分峰，并确定出其中7个化学成分，占挥发油总数的97.04％。相对含量超过5％的成分有棕榈酸（70.01％）、亚油酸乙酯（9.39％）和Z ，Z－亚油酸甲酯（8.31％）。骨折挫伤胶囊中挥发油成分主要包含棕榈酸乙酯、Z ，Z－亚油酸甲酯和棕榈酸等成分。%　　To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil extracted from Fracture bruise capsule with GC -MS .Volatile oil was extracted by water-steam distillation .The components were identified by GC -MS and quantitatively determined with normalization method .Eight com-pounds were separated by GC and 7 of them were identified ,accounting for 97.04% of the total volatile oil .The compounds that the relative content was more than 5% were n-Hexadecanoic acid(70.01% ) ,9 ,12-Octadecadienoic acid ,ethyl ester(9.39% ) ,9 ,12-Octadecadienoic acid(Z ,Z)- ,methyl ester(8.31% ) .The maincomponents in the volatile oil of Fracture bruise capsule were n -Hexadecanoic acid ,9 ,12-Octadecadienoic acid ,ethyl ester ,ethyl ester and 9 ,12-Octadecadienoic acid(Z ,Z)- ,methyl ester .
