以烟草品种毕纳1号为实验材料,比较其在常规肥和有机肥的施肥方式下不同生长期叶片光合色素和叶绿素荧光参数的动态变化.结果表明,在前期(叶龄15~30 d),有机施肥方式下烟草中部叶光能利用率较高、光合能力比常规施肥方式下的强,而在叶龄45 d以后,常规施肥方式下烟草中部叶的光合能力比施用有机肥的强,叶片对光能的利用能力差异不明显;两种施肥方式下,叶片qN的差异说明施用有机肥的处理光保护能力较高.%A tobacco variety, Bina 1, was used as plant material to compare different growth stages of photosyithetic pigments contents and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of dynamic change under two different fertilization methods. The experimental results showed that, during the leaf age of 15 -30 days, tobacco leaves of organic fertilization method showed higher solar energy utilization efficiency and photosynthetic capacity than the other one, however, after 45 days' leaf age, the common fertilization method showed higher photosynthetic ability by contrast organic fertilization method. The leaves' solar energy utilization efficiency had no significant difference between two different methods, and the qN value of the difference of these two fertilization methods indicated that the tobacco leaves from organic fertilization method had a higher self-protection ability response to excessively strong sunlight.
