By using the biological metaphor and reductionism, it takes naturalism and social Darwinism into the analysis on the social and economical phenomena. However, there is a huge difference between the human world and nature, which is reflected in action subject, evolution characteristics, evolution force, evolution process and evolution result, and so on. Generally, novelty and anti-reductionism is more suitable for the analysis of social evolutionism. Therefore, it is necessary to distinguish between biological evolutionism and social evolutionism, should apply and development social evolutionism to analyze the social and economical phenomena.
