Constructing a heritage park is one method of site conservation by employing appropriate and rational architectural technologies to handle the relation of the architecture and the site conservation. Same as the architectural design of the museums, the design of Nanyue Palace Museum applied cross-disciplinary knowledge and considered the characteristics of the site, especialy the design of architectural engineering technologies and the site conservation. The appropriate design for site museums could be produced satisfying the conservation, modernization and environment-friendly.
