According to the case study of Louzai village, this paper conducts a research on the typology, main characteristics and spatial replacement conditions of Hakka's walled-villages. It tries to illuminate the dynamic organic renewal strategies and methods, based on history context, industry development and living life requirements. It takes advantage of industrial linkage and then ask for the coordination of both spatial and industrial planning. To take a modular design method in the dynamic renewal practice makes it possible to realize the rational industry management and livable human settlement environment. By doing so, it will achieve sustainability in economic, social and spatial morphologies comprehensively.%以广东英德楼仔村为例,归纳客家围村式村落的原型、主要特征及空间更替状态,从历史文脉、产业发展与活态生活的需求出发,阐述动态式有机更新的思路与方法.在产业联动发展策略下,注重空间规划和产业策略的配合,以模块化设计手法渐进开展实践,实现合理的产业经营与宜居的人居环境,以提高当地的生活品质,达到乡村在经济形态、社会形态、空间形态三方面的可持续发展目标.
