[目的]分析近12年卫生总费用的筹资水平和构成，探索我国卫生费用的发展状况及存在的问题。[方法]回顾2000-2011年来我国卫生总费用，利用描述性和时间趋势分析的方法，分析卫生总费用指标的变化趋势。[结果]2000-2011年我国卫生总费用呈上升趋势，但个人卫生支出构成比例下降。城乡卫生费用均上升，但城乡差距却在逐渐扩大。[结论]应进一步加大政府卫生工作投入力度，减少个人卫生支出比重，减轻居民医疗负担，逐渐缩小城乡卫生差距。%Objective Analyzes funding level and compositions of 12 years Chinese total health expenditure so as to explore the problems of Chinese health expenditure development condition. Methods Review Chinese total health expenditure from 2000 to 2011 by descriptive analysis and time-trend analysis method to analyze the variation trend of total health expenditure index. Results Chinese total health expenditure was on the rising from 2000 to 2011, but the component ratio of personal health expenditure was dropped. The health costs of urban and rural were on the rising, but the urban-rural gap was gradually enlarged. Conclusions It need to strengthen government investment further, reduce component ratio of personal health expenditure, relieve medical burden of residents and shrink urban-rural health care gap.
