从“两腿蹒跚前行”到“一体两翼腾飞”--我国养老服务供给方式研究

With the development of society and the increasing aging population, we can find that three existing aged pension system are facing more challenges and problems. The home-based care for the aged and the institution-based care for the aged system are still important but can’ t meet the diverse needs of aged. The community-based care for the aged system, which combines the advantages of family pension and institution pension system, is supposed to be the backbone of aged care service. In the future, we can try the way to promote aged care service that community-based care for the aged will be the mainstay and the other two forms of aged care will develop side by side.%随着社会的发展、老龄化的进程，我国现存的三种养老服务提供方式都面临着一定的压力和挑战。从现有的情况来看，家庭养老和机构养老仍旧具有一定的合理性和存在意义，但难以满足数目可观、需求多样的老年人养老需要。社区养老融合了两者的优点，由政府主导，社区配合，是未来养老服务供给的中坚力量。以社区养老为主体、家庭养老和机构养老为辅助的养老模式或许是我国可选择的一种发展方向。
