“新农合”健康绩效及其作用机制研究--基于 CLHLS 数据

摘要

为考察新农合健康绩效及其作用机制，本文将农村65岁及以上老人作为研究对象，利用 CLHLS 于2005、2008、2011年的追踪调查数据，运用倾向得分匹配法得到匹配样本，建立多阶段倍差模型，对新农合的健康绩效进行动态追踪分析，并进一步分析新农合对健康的影响途径，研究发现：新农合有利于客观健康的发展，但降低主观健康评价；新农合通过提高医疗服务利用率途径改善老人健康，但整体作用逐年下降。%To investigate the performance and mechanism of new rural cooperative medical system,this article used rural elderly aged 65 and older as the research object and the CLHLS tracking survey data at 2005,2008, 2011. This paper used PSM for getting matched sample,built multi - stage times DID model to analyze the dynamic health performance and mechanism of new rural cooperative medical system. This research found that new rural cooperative medical system was conducive to the development of physical health,but reduced the subjective health assessment;The new rural cooperative medical system improved the elderly health by increasing the utilization rate of health service,but the effect decreased year by year.
