中国老年人护理方式选择的影响因素研究*--来自CLHLS数据的实证

摘要

Using the cross-sectional data of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey( CLHLS ), this paper classifies the potential influencing factors on elder’s selecting of nursing ways into four categories:own characters,health conditions,social and economic status,community supply on the old. This paper makes a Logistic Regression to formal care and informal care. This paper has drawn the conclusions that the Chinese old mainly select informal care from relatives and friends. These variables affect the nursing ways significantly,which contains age,number of dwelling place,son born,living alone or not,medical expenses paid by who,the elderly of self-evaluation of health,income,occupation,community service supply on living-care and activities for the old. In addition,it suggests that community supply on the old affects more,and social nursing staffs should be cultivated,and informal nursing staff shall be paid by allowances and subsidies.%本文利用全国老年人口健康状况调查研究2008年的截面数据，将影响老年人护理方式选择的影响因素分为四类：自身特质类、健康状况类、社会经济地位类和社区为老服务供给类，针对正规护理和非正规护理两种进行二分变量Logistic回归分析，以此来比较老年人护理方式选择的影响因素分析。本文的结论是：当前中国老年人以接受来自家庭内部或亲朋好友的非正规护理为主；年龄、现居住地、生育儿子数、单独住与否、医药费由谁支付、老年人的健康状况自评、收入、职业、社区提供的起居照料服务以及组织社会和娱乐活动对老年人护理方式的选择有显著地影响。本文的建议是：发展老年协会，鼓励老年人进行社会参与；将非正规护理人员纳入社会保障范围；大力培养老年专业护理人员；加快出台《长期护理保险条例》。
