交叉凸极转子混合励磁同步电机的结构原理与分析

         

摘要

A novel hybrid excitation synchronous machine (HESM) with stagger rotors was introduced. The structure characteristics and operating principle of the HESM were presented. According to its special structure,3D-finite element a-nalysis (3D-FEA) magnetic and transient models of the HESM were built, and finite-element analysis was performed to a-chieve the magnetic field distribution, air gap flux density and output characteristics which varied with the electrical MMFs. The 3D-FEA results agree well with the principle of the HESM. The air gap flux can be strengthened or weakened with DC field current so that the induced voltage can be effectively regulated.%讨论了一种新型交叉凸极转子混合励磁同步电机,详细论述了其结构特点及工作原理.考虑到电机的非对称结构,建立了三维有限元分析模型.通过静磁场分析得到了不同励磁作用下的磁场分布情况以及气隙磁密变化规律,利用瞬态场分析获得了电机的空载特性和功率特性曲线.有限元分析结果与理论分析一致,表明该新型混合励磁同步电机的直流励磁电流可以双向调节电机内合成气隙磁通,从而有效地调节电枢绕组感应电势.
