一体化起动/发电机起动控制器设计

         

摘要

设计了一种航空发动机用一体化起动/发电机起动控制器.针对一体化起动/发电机的工作原理及起动过程的特点,分析了一体化起动/发电机的起动控制原理及控制策略.通过控制器软硬件的一体化设计,实现对一体化起动/发电机内部的主发电机和励磁机的协同控制,并简化了起动控制器结构.系统采用DSP及CPLD的最小系统设计,通过对电机转子位置、转速和电压电流实时检测,用单DSP实现主发电机电动工作状态的转速/电流双闭环控制及励磁机动态变励磁控制.给出了主要接口电路设计、原理图及控制软件流程框图,并进行了系统实验验证.实验结果表明,起动控制器能实现一体化起动/发电机在预定负载条件下安全可靠的起动.%A starting controller of integrated starter/generator for aircraft engine was designed. The integrated starter/ generator starting control principle and strategy was analyzed, according to integrated starter/generator working principle and characteristics of the starting process. Based on the software and hardware integrated design, the collaborative control of main generator and exciter inside integrated starter/generator was realized, and the structure of starting controller was simplified too. The speed/current double closed loop control of main generator in motoring condition and dynamic variable excitation control of exciter was realized by single DSP, on the basis of DSP and CPLD minimum system design and the rotor position, speed, voltage and current real-time detection. According to the given main interface circuit design, principle diagram and control software flow diagram,a series of systematic experiments were implemented. The experimental results show that the scheme can realize integrated starter/generator safe and reliable starting in load condition.
