一种削弱表面-内置式永磁电机齿槽转矩方法

         

摘要

为了削弱表面-内置永磁同步电动机的齿槽转矩,设计了一种新型槽口偏移方案.分析了永磁电机齿槽转矩表达式,验证了该电机总齿槽转矩为各槽产生齿槽转矩的叠加.以此为原理,将定子铁心的槽进行分组,每组槽口偏移适当角度可以抵消电机齿槽转矩某次谐波,并计算出了槽口偏移最优偏移角.有限元仿真验证表明,该方法可以有效削弱表面-内置永磁同步电动机的齿槽转矩,且电机其他性能不受影响.%A novel solution for reducing the cogging torque of surface-mounted and interior hybrid permanent magnet synchronous motors (SIHPMSM) was discussed.The cogging torque expression of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was analyzed,it was verified that the total cogging torque of the motor was the superposition of the cogging torque generated in each slot.On the basis of this principle,the slot of stator core was divided into groups,and each slot was shif-ted in an appropriate angle to cancel the harmonic of the cogging torque.Finally,the optimal offset angle of the slot offset was calculated.The finite element analysis (FEA) results show that this method can effectively weaken the cogging torque of SIHPMSM,and the other performances of the motor are not affected.
