探讨了一甲基三氯硅烷和三甲基一氯硅烷歧化反应机理.实验结果表明,在促进剂一甲基二氯硅烷存在下,以AlCl3催化的一甲基三氯硅烷与三甲基一氯硅烷的歧化反应实现了一甲基三氯硅烷和三甲基一氯硅烷的有效利用,制得了甲基氯硅烷混合物,反应过程主要为亲核取代反应;一甲基二氯硅烷的主要作用是与AlCl3结合促进配位化合物 [AlCl4] -的形成;反应前后一甲基二氯硅烷的含量变化较小.%The disproportionation reaction mechanism of methyl trichlorosilane and trimethyl monochlorosi-lane was discussed. Experimental results showed that in the presence of methyl dichlorosilane, disproportion-ation reaction between methyl trichlorosilane and trimethyl chlorosilane with AlCl3as the catalyst made an effi-cient use of methyl trichlorosilane and trimethyl chlorosilane,thus the mixture of methyl chlorosilane was ob-tained. The reaction process was mainly on the nucleophilic substitution. The methyl dichlorosilane was to pro-mote the formation of ligand compounds[AlCl4] - by combining with AlCl3. The content of methyl dichlorosi-lane before and after the reaction had little change.
