公立医院逐利机制破解研究--以曲靖市为例

摘要

曲靖在深化医药卫生体制改革发展方面取得了些成绩，但对于公立医院逐利机制的改革还没有形成整体思路。在国家政策法规的指导下，针对曲靖公立医院发展的实际，建议采用分类指导、发展医疗资源总量、强化医生队伍建设、建立分级诊疗制度等途径和方法对曲靖公立医院逐利机制破解。%Some achievements have been made in deepening medical and health system reform and development in Qujing, but it hasn’t yet formed a whole idea about the reform of public hospitals profit- seeking mechanism. Under the direction of national policies and regulations, aiming at the reality of public hospitals in Qujing, we suggest using classified guidance, developing mediG cal resources, strengthening the construction of doctor team, and setting the grading system so as to crack profit- seeking mechaG nism of public hospitals.
