以四川省达州市800名小学生为研究对象,在课外体育活动时间,采用开发的3套课外体育活动方案对小学生进行为期8周的运动干预,结果发现3套课外体育活动方案均对小学生的心理健康有积极影响,并揭示了不同课外体育活动方案与小学生心理健康的关系,为采用体育手段促进小学生心理健康发展提供实验证据和实践参考。%The 800 prim ary school students in S ichuan province w ere used to develop the program of 3 extracurricular sports activities.The results show ed that 3 sets of extracurricular sports activities had positive influence on them ental health of students, and revealed the relationship betw een different extracurricular physical activities and m ental health.
