“风险”管理理论在道路交通事故原因分析中的应用

摘要

This paper identifies the causes of road traffic accidents using “risk”management theory, analyzes layer-by-layer all kinds of factors of road traffic accidents. And estimates and evaluates the possibility of occurrence and the degree of damage to causes of high incidence of road traffic accidents using “risk”management theory, thus determines the key factors of causing road traffic accidents, and provides the basis for establishing main countermeasures of road traffic accidents.%运用“风险”管理理论对道路交通事故的发生原因进行识别，层层剖析导致道路交通事故的各类因素。对道路交通事故高发原因的发生可能性及破坏程度进行“风险”估计与评价，从而确定引发道路交通事故的关键因子，为制定道路交通事故的主要应对对策提供依据。
