采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法，对武陵山片区现有的体育社团组织管理等方面进行调查研究。在总结前人关于体育社团调查研究的基础上，通过对武陵山片区现存的体育社团的组织管理机构、活动组织、经费来源等方面进行的调查分析显示：在武陵山片区体育社团取得新的发展过程中存在着对政府的依赖程度较高，缺乏较好的独立自主性，内部机构建设和管理有待提高，人力资源欠缺，决策形式较单一，社团建设与管理仍需向规范化、民主化、制度化方向发展等问题。针对武陵山片区体育社团所存在的问题，提出相关的建议和对策，以期更好的为武陵山片区的体育社团的建设与发展提供理论参考依据。%By using the methods of literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper investigates and studies the current situation of the sports community organization management in Wuling mountain area. The survey and analysis, which based on the former research about sports association on the organization and management agencies, activity organization, the source of funds of the existing sports community shows that there are many problems in the process of making new progress, such as depending too much on the government, lacking of better independence, the internal institutions construction and management should be improved, lacking of human resource, the decision form is single, community construction and management still needs to develop in the direction of standardization, democratization, institutionalization. In view of the existing problems of sports community in Wuling mountain area, this paper puts on corresponding suggestions and countermeasures in order to provide theoretical reference for the construction and development of sports community in Wuling mountain area.
