γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平与青年冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective To study the evaluation function of gamma-glutamyl tansferase levels to the severity of the disease in young patients with coronary heart disease severity. Methods 80 patients who were hospitalized in the department of cardiology in our hospital and diagnosed as coronary heart disease by coronary angiography,the age of them was less than or equal to 44. Ac-cording to Gensini score of patients were divided into group A(064). Collection demographic data of patient, and detection GGT,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL -C),creatinine (Cr),uric acid (UA)and total bilirubin were colleeted. Correlation analysis between GGT and Gensini score and other indexes by SPSS statistical software. Result Among these groups, the difference about percentage of male patients and smoking history were signficant(P<0. 01). The significant differences were also shown when we analyzed the combina-tion of hypertension, dIABETES, TC, HDL-C,LDL-C, Cr(P<0. 05). the GGT level was statistically significant(P<0. 01). GGT showed positive correlation with Genisi score, TC, TG,LDL-C,Cr,but it had negatlve conrelation with HDL-C. GGT into the Gensini score regression equation by multiple linear regression analysis(β=0. 64,P<0. 01). Conclusion The level of GGT is related with Gensini score. GGT level also has correlation wreh other risk factors also presents the correlation,suggesting that GGT elevation is a risk factor for coronary heart disease,GGT level can provide reference for the evaluation of the severity of the disease in young patients with coronary heart disease.%目的:评价γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平( GGT)对青年冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的评估作用。方法纳入我院2012年1月至2014年12月80例行选择性冠状动脉造影患者,年龄均≤44岁。根据患者Gensini 评分将患者分为A组(0<积分≤10)、B组(10<积分≤20)、C组(20<积分≤34)、D组(34<积分≤64)、E组(积分>64)。收集患者人口学资料,实验室检测GGT、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL -C)、肌酐( Cr)、尿酸( UA)、总胆红素。采用SPSS统计学软件分析GGT与Gensini评分及其他指标的相关性。结果各组患者相比,男性患者所占百分比、吸烟史相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),合并高血压、糖尿病差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、Cr差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),GGT水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 GGT与Gensini 评分、TC、TG、LDL-C、Cr成正相关,与HDL-C成负相关。多元线性回归分析中GGT进入Gensini 评分回归方程(β=0.64,P<0.01)。结论 GGT水平与Gensini 评分正相关,且随着Gensini 评分的增高GGT水平也增加,GGT水平与其他危险因素亦呈现相关性,提示GGT水平升高是冠心病的危险因素,可为评估青年冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度提供参考。
