本文研究了火焰原子吸收法测定水中铁的质量控制指标,全国共12个省份的46家实验室参加测定工作,提供了具有全国性指导意义的工作参考数据.研究结果为:标准样品在0.2~4.0mg/L浓度范围内的RSD≤3.0%,RSD'≤10.0%,室间标准偏差≤0.10mg/L;浓度≤2.0mg/L时,RE≤±10.0%,2.0~4.0mg/L浓度范围内,RE≤±6.0%.实际样品在0.05~0.8 mg/L范围内,RD≤5.0%.空白加标回收率为95%~100%,标准样品和实际样品的加标回收率为100%~115%.同时,本文对重复性和再现性进行了研究.%On the basis of large amount of monitoring data collected from 46 laboratories in 12 provinces of the country, indexes of quality control for determination of Iron in water by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry were studied in this paper, which provided data as references for directing nation wide works in this field. The result concluded that when the concentration of standard samples ranged in 0. 2 ~4. 0mg/L, we had RSD≤3. 0% , RSD'≤10. 0% , interlaboratory standard deviation ≤ 0. 10mg/L When the concentration ≤ 2. 0mg/L and ranging in 2. 0 - 4. 0mg/L, we had RE ≤ ± 10. 0% or RE ≤ ± 6. 0% respectively. The concentration of real samples ranged in 0. 05 ~0. 8 mg/L with RD≤5. 0%. The blank spiking recoveries were 95% ~ 100%. The spiking recoveries of standard samples and real samples were 100% ~ 115%. Additionally, the repeatability and reproducibility were studied as well.
