复杂产品项目WBS向业务过程模型EPC-E映射的研究

摘要

为使复杂产品项目的工作分解结构（Work Breakdown Structure，简称WBS）真正成为有效信息的交付者，支持WBS与业务过程模型扩展的事件驱动过程链（Event-driven Process Chains Extend，简称EPC-E）间的无缝衔接；论文首先进行了复杂产品项目WBS的形式化定义，细化了复杂产品WBS分解任务之间的关联关系及信息反馈，使其集成复杂产品管理要素信息。然后，通过确立映射规则实现WBS向EPC-E的映射，包括任务与功能映射、关系映射、资源信息映射及工期映射，该映射为业务过程模型的建立提供了基础信息；最后，针对船舶建造项目进行了实例验证。%This research intends to make complex product project WBS (work breakdown structure) as effective delivery of information, so that a seamless connection between WBS and business process model EPC-E (event-driven process chains extend) is supported. A formalized definition of complex product project WBS is finished to elaborate the relationship between WBS tasks and integrate the management information of complex product. Then, a mapping between WBS and the model EPC-E is realized by the establishment of mapping rules such as task and function mapping, relationship mapping, information mapping and time limit mapping. These mappings provide basic information for the establishment of the business process model. Finally, validation with an example of ship building project is done.
